2022 Annual Meeting on Jan 26
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at 6:30pm via Zoom. As
everyone knows, the 2020 annual meeting was cancelled due to covid, and the Board
attempted to schedule one in 2021 but location was an issue. The Board has decided that we
should have one via Zoom, to get everyone together.
The purpose of the meeting will be:
- Overview of 2019, 2020 and 2021 financials.
- Discussion of 2022 budget: linked here
- Discussion of any community concerns or interests.
- Election of board members – please nominate yourself if you are willing to serve with the
candidate statement/self-nomination form attached. All 5 seats will be available this year due to four board members volunteering/being appointed and one Board members term is up. We will vote for the slate at the annual meeting via a Zoom poll.
The success of the Summit Lakes Homeowners Association depends on the homeowner’s participation, so please attend the meeting, via Zoom, if possible. If you can’t attend, please return a proxy form by 5pm on Monday, January 24, 2022, (see directions on proxy). All proxies need to be validated, so therefore we request that they be received per the deadline regardless of whom you assign them to.
