Community Discount on Fall Aeration and Overseeding

Even-Grow Landscaping is offering Summit Lakes residents a deeply discounted rate to aerate and overseed our yards!  To participate you must respond to me at kelradab@iupui.edu no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 19th.  

If 5 homeowners sign up for this service our charge will be $125 per resident.  If 10 or more homeowners sign up for this service our charge will be $100 per resident.  This is an amazing deal!
